Loss By Lightning Letter Praises Farmers Mutual Insurance
G B Linoholm of Wright County writes to The Mountain Grove Journal praising Farmers Mutual Fire Insurance Co. He notes policies 105 and 119 and that lightning killed his mule on June 2 1913. Secretary E W Yocum responded, mule valued at 40 dollars, settlement paid. He extols the company as cheap and safe, with 25 cents per 100 dollars per year, and claims it has kept thousands in the county with every loss paid.
