Ozark Construction suit ends with verdict for defendant

Judge Guy D. Kirby dismissed the motion for a new trial in the Ozark Construction Company versus Winsas City, Oars and Southern Railroad case. The trial covered the road’s origin, construction, and financing, including a proposed builder’s lien and a pending receivership dispute involving mortgage property.
