Prince Acquitted in Lebanon Murder Trial
Wm. Prince, tried at Lebanon for second degree murder, was acquitted. His brother Toe had been sentenced for life in the penitentiary for the Pease murder in May but remains imprisoned at Lebanon pending appeal to the supreme court. The father Arthur, under indictment, is released on bond and slated for trial in August at Lebanon.
