In Wright County Circuit Court April Term 1914 plaintiff Wild A Ls Foote sues Abraham Hendrix and unknown heirs for the West half of Lot 2 in the NE quarter of Section 5 Town 28 Range 15 to quiet title. Defendants are notified by public action. failure to appear by April term will yield judgment.
Plaintiffs Alfred J Williams and Julia B Williams sue J A Goss now living or dead and Julian Frazier and unknown heirs and heirs alike to establish title to the east half of the northeast quarter of section eight in township twenty eight range fourteen Wright County Missouri. The petition filed by attorney N J Craig seeks to quiet title and compel defendants to appear at the next term beginning April 6, to answer or plead failing which the petition will be confessed and judgment entered. The notice is published by order of the Wright County Circuit Court dated January 14, 1914.
