W R Shirley traded his city opera house block for a Walnut Grove farm four miles from Mansfield on the Hartville road in Wright county. He, with wife and daughters Laura and Chayce, will depart for their new home after visiting Topeka, while long time Rawlins county residents leave a legacy of public service and civic standing.
