On October 6 1952 at 10 am the court will order sale of delinquent parcels at the courthouse to collect taxes assessments costs and interest with detailed lot descriptions and owner names listed.

Installation of Officers for Hill 4 Palmer Post 561
The American Legion and Auxiliary Post 561 installation occurred in the Smith building at 8 p.m. on Thursday September 4. Wayne Hirst was named post commander, with Richard Hammers and Burton Guengerich as 1st and 2nd vice commanders. Other officers include Stuart Thomas adjutant, Lawrence Parkin sergeant at arms, Rev. D J Powell chaplain, Kenneth Look employment officer, Wm. F. Hirst service officer, and Charles Vaughn historian. Auxiliary officers include Mrs George Istner as installation officer, Mrs John Seelye adjutant, and Louella Shirley president. other roles filled by Mrs Chas Vaughn and Mrs Si Rohlfs.
