Conference notes from the Manilla branch delegates
In the company of the secretary I attended a conference as delegates for Manilla. The event was well attended and led by President Selley with speeches by Mrs Gordon the Lady President of the CWA and Trade Commissioner Duleepsingh. Highlights included discussions on wheat marketing and the Wheat Board with figures on home consumption prices and a push toward a grower controlled cooperative marketing model for the future.
