Announcement from the Manilla Express lists a national wool sale opening September 11. It notes Australian wool to be catalogued alongside New Zealand and South American lots, published by local proprietor Alton Holand Meleod.
The Manilla district exhibition lists classes for wheat varieties, oats, barley, maize, hay, lucerne, vegetables, fruits, eggs, poultry, and baked goods. Exhibitors include both members and non members with junior club access, aiming to showcase best bushels, sheaves, bundles, and assorted farm produce from regional growers.
Exhibitors must be donative Junior Farmers' members and apply through the club secretary. Dairy type judging includes one pure bred dairy bull or any dairy-type bull and one cow chosen by the judge. Specimens of grasses, clovers, seeds, and primary products to be mounted or displayed with labels and brief descriptions. Competition details reference Department of Agriculture scales and leaflets, with multiple classes and entry requirements.
Section will be arranged specially by Mr POW who heads Manila Rural School and will be absolutely open.

J. T. Robertson and Co report arrival by mail of Atlantic motor spirit and kerosene goods. Wool, wheat, and other produce received for despatch by rail to Sydney. Despatches forwarded via railway and town store. Produce and insurance agents for farm produce and life and fire insurance services noted.
