Rabbit price proposal sparks war-time pest debate
At the Marmners Settlers' Association meeting in Sav ardiy, Mr R V Coulton urged government pay for rabbits during the war and 13 months after. He argued a fixed payment would incentivize continuous extermination and reduce the pest, urging national responsibility and policy change to support rabbit eradication efforts.
