A Manilla sheep sale on Tuesday attracted a large crowd of sheep men with a yarding of just over 4,000 sheep and nearly all lots sold. The top price was 12/2 for a pen of 163 wethers from Arraba. Upcoming sale slated for August about the 5th. rabbit skins market opened higher Wednesday but closed lower than last week.
The Local Government Association amended ordinance 34 to require lights affixed to vehicles between sunset and sunrise. Complainants cited cyclists using electric torches in town centers and when officials might see them.
