Town Clock Site Debate with Main Roads Chief Input

Newell cited international practices and said NSW may legislate similar safety rules including a prohibition on advertising within 500 feet of arterial highways. The council debated lighting options and a site for the Town Clock with a preference for central plots, though Main Roads favors center plots as safer.
