Show Committee Plans 1938 Show With Sideshows and Broadcast
The Show Committee held a Saturday night meeting led by President W J Byrnes. Members discussed sideshow space applications, a radio service bid for the 1938 show, and boosting publicity with special train arrangements from Manilla to Tamworth. The horse and kennel areas were to be improved, admission controls tightened, and the Boy Scouts granted use of show pegs for the bending race on January 26.
