Coroner's Inquest into North Manilla Cottage Fire
At Manilla Court House P M G J Johnstone presided over a coroner's jury into the November 10 cottage fire belonging to C J McDonald. Municipal authority announces under Local Government Act that certain plants and animals are declared noxious in all areas. Occupiers and owners must destroy or keep land free, with penalties up to £50 for default. Published 14 September 1937 in Council Chambers Manilla. December 1937 date appears.
