The event featured strong cattle with Mr. K. J. Patterson winning Championship Cattle for the sixth year. Ring events in hack and pony were solid though children entrants were down. Sheep merinos declined, poultry and crafts rose. farm dairy pavilion weaker. wheat classes underwhelming. Wool fleeces about 60, trades improved. trotting disappointed despite prize money. Olympic jumping proved entertaining. thanks extended to Tamworth P and A Association, Ladies Auxiliary, donors, and organizers including Mr Byrnes and AL Tan. About 90 attended the first night. committee praised for smooth running.

Hospital Board Meeting Notes and Donations Detailed
The Hospital Board meeting chaired by Mr. R. C. Veness approved two annual donations totalling £6 5s 0d to the Capital and Equipment Fund.
