Frank Wright, Yukon builder, announced at a Chamber lunch that construction of an eight unit apartment complex on West Lincoln, across from Mangum City Library, will begin April 20. Rentals target low income with a 62 year age exception, 1 and 2 bedroom layouts, 600 to 700 square feet, monthly rents around 135 to 150, with site amenities and landscaping planned.
