Regular Meeting Minutes of Manatee County Commission

The Manatee County Board of County Commissioners met in Bradenton on the first Monday in December 1906. They opened with sheriff proclamations, declared a road a public county road, set election inspectors, and approved small relief and nursing payments. Ballots were ordered for December 28 to decide on a county court in Manatee County.

Montague of Norway Iowa. Mrs. Montague is Mrs. Hall’s young sister seen after about forty years. Manatee County Public Instruction Board Meets in Session

The Manatee County Board of Public Instruction met in regular session on December 4 with A F Wy man as chairman F H Tucker J N McLean and secretary W M Rowlett present. Minutes of the prior meeting were approved and due to sickness no treasurer report was filed. Monthly teacher reports and miscellaneous accounts were audited and warrants drawn. The board adjourned to the next regular session on January 8 1907.
