Libel Warrants Target Tallahassee Sun Editors

Six warrants charging criminal libel were issued by County Judge Robles against Claude LEngle editor of the Tallahassee Sun and J H Reese writer for the paper. Affidavits by Peter Knight and W F Stovall accuse them of conspiring to remove LEngle from the capital and of forging fake telegrams. Knight and Stovall deny the charges and say they will pursue criminal libel against the editor. Bail and a preliminary hearing are to follow or the case may proceed via direct informations.
