Clayton Hertz Jr. leads a 43 member Simpson Institute delegation to Florida on Sept. 4 to inspect Air Force Range facilities and the NASA Cape Kennedy installation. The visit included faculty, students from sociology, teachers, religious leaders, and a visiting Oxford-educated physics professor, under Dr. Donald Koontz.
