Nosekable Completes Training Test in Hawaii

Nosekable a young soldier from Malvern completed a year long combat training with the 26th Infantry Division's 8th Field Artillery Battalion in Hawaii. He entered the Army in 1985, trained at Fort Chaffee Arkansas, and arrived in Hawaii the following July after graduating Randolph Consolidated High School in 1953.

Serve the Living by Honoring the Dead War Poppy Day note

The Legion Auxiliary announces Poppy Day with three goals to honor war dead, aid disabled veterans in VA hospitals, and fund welfare work for families of veterans from World War I II and the Korean War. Poppies are handmade by veterans, distributed by unpaid volunteers, and donations support veterans and their families.
