Band Festival Fun Despite Cloud of Tests Back Home
The Malvern Community high school band returned from the Corner Conference Band Festival at New Market. Nine weeks of tests hovered over the musicians, but they enjoyed the trip despite sore lips and a busy schedule. The band thanks Band Mothers, bus drivers, Mr Darrah, and New Market school for a memorable day. The sophomore world history class also toured Europe in slides, led by Mrs Earl Bass, with about 30 students imagining Italy, France, and Denmark.
