The Iowa State Commerce Commission will hear Iowa Nebraska Light Power Company’s request to construct operate and maintain an electric transmission line across Mills County Iowa along sections 12 13 18 and 19 in townships 73 41 west and 40 west. The hearing is July 11 1939 at 10 AM in Des Moines. Objections must be filed five days prior.
