Mills County Sets Precincts and Wards for Elections
Mills County Board of Supervisors enacted an order establishing voting precincts and wards under 1971 Iowa Code provisions. The plan designates Precincts for Anderson, Henderson, Indian Creek, Emerson, Hastings, Shrahan, Tabor, Ingraham, Oak, Mineola, Glenwood wards, Malvern, Center, Rawles, St. Mary’s, Plattville Lyons, Pacific Junction, and other townships, effective May 8 1972. The map Exhibit A identifies the precincts and complies with population and district boundaries from the 1970 census. Published in The Malvern Leader June 15 22 29, 1972.
