Conant Family Reunion Held in Malvern
Descendants of George and Lydia Conant, early Adel residents, gathered for a cooperative reunion picnic at the home of Mrs. Zelma Wortman in Malvern on Sunday. About 24 people attended from California, Michigan, Minnesota, Utah, and Iowa.
Okinawa Vows Unite Katsuko Sakugawa and Thomas McClure
Miss Katsuko Sakugawa and Thomas Edward McClure were married May 21 with a Japanese ceremony at Naha mayor's office and an American service at the Consulate General. McClure serves in the U S Navy Weather Service. They plan a Malvern visit this summer and will reside in Okinawa until October 1976.

Groups Visit Mills Museum For School Tours
A series of school visits to the Mills Co Historical Museum included students from Glenwood State Hospital School and the 6th grade of Glenwood Community Schools. Tours were organized by principals Renner and McGinnis with helpers Jeane Mayberry Helen Ronk and Dolita Hall. Brunch was served at the shelter house and visitors admired Glenwood Park.

Deb Is College Grad Appears in AF Shows
Airman First Class Debbie Bayes earned an Associate of Arts in Humanities and Social Science with high honors at Clinton Community College in Plattsburgh New York. She holds a 3.7 GPA and will continue studies there. Debbie, a 1973 Malvern Community High School graduate, joined the Air Force in July 1973 and serves on active duty while pursuing education. She acted in The Grass Harp at Clinton College and was a Tops In Blue finalist, winning a trophy and earning a chance to join the traveling show in June.
