W. S. C. 8S. Hosts Silver Tea Here Last Friday
The Women’s Society for Christian Service hosted a silver tea and guest day at the Methodist church drawing 130 attendees from Strahan Silver City and Malvern. A quilt display featured star and wedding ring patterns with performances by Armina Ellison Lorna Estes Barbara Brewer and Janet Martin.

A three oclock Sunday ceremony united Miss Lois Lorraine Belknap and Floyd Anderson at the Belknap home in Peaceville before about 50 guests. Rev. Silver Cloud 4-H Club Meeting At Pauline Morrical Home
The Silver Cloud 4-H Club gathered for an all-day meeting at Pauline Morrical’s home on June 14. Rosalie Alberts and Vonda Bell were selected for the county fair demonstration team. Committee work covered planning the club booth and float, with lessons on mitred corners and flower arrangements. A pot luck lunch was shared by girls and mothers.
