The Malvern town council met January 2 1973 with Mayor Kemp and councilors Hedlund Bowers and Hanson present. Minutes from December 7 and 26 were approved. December finances and bills were itemized and approved. Receipts for December were reported. Residents discussed an anhydrous ammonia facility and liquor license renewal for Leo Kirschmeier. Insurance hospital allowance premium discussed. proposed shift to split increase between town and employees. The council adjourned.
