Car crash near county line injures occupants
Charles Shere drove toward the state line with his brother Will, brother-in-law Albert Shere, and neighbor Lyle Miller when a Ford wheel broke the wishbone and the car rolled over. All escaped with bruises and cuts. Albert Shera required stitches after a severe lip cut. The Ford sustained heavy damage.

Lang Family Tragedy Fire Claims Two Young Children
Mrs Jennie Sellon reports the death by fire of Harry Lang's two young children near Brunswick Nebraska Jan 6. A girl aged 2 and a baby boy 2 months died when the farm home four miles west burned, likely from a defective chimney. Olin Lang born May 28 1921 and Harry Riddell Lang Jr born Oct 10 1922 are named in the message. The Langs formerly lived south of Hastings and share in Millis County sympathy.
