Two traffic cases were handled this week by Justice of Peace Carl Remiley at Glenwood. Lester I Hunt of Glenwood was fined $19 and costs for speeding. Santos D Martinez of Council Bluffs was fined $5 and costs for no valid driver’s license.

Followed another car too closely resulted in a traffic charge filed in Justice Ernest Timmerman's court in Glenwood against Paul Criswell, who was fined $10 and costs. James D. Green of Malvern, charged with having no valid driver's license, was fined $10 and costs.

Car and Deer Involved in Accident Near Here
An incident occurred near the overpass west of Malvern on highway 3 at 6 15 p m Tuesday. A car struck a deer causing about 100 dollars in damage to the vehicle driven by James M Page. The deer was killed in the collision according to Sheriff Edwin Barkus.
