Contest Board in Sionx County Decides in Favor of Incumienta
In Sioux City on December 29 the contest board nullified the November 6 county officer election. Incumbents A Tepaska Brewer Jonggewaard retain office two years due to a Titus amendment quirk. Contestants F J Vanootenhout Harry Melrose B F Jones argued the amendment wasn’t enrolled. The decision delays successors until 1902. The Atlantic Telegraph note.
