Mansfield Malvern Community Club Holds Regular Meeting
The Joe Malvern Community Club met Tuesday evening at The Cottage Hotel for a dinner at seven. Guests heard a live demonstration of the Northwestern Bell Telephone system with local staff and guests explaining switchboard operation and service challenges. The evening included business discussions and a weather notes segment noting heavy rain and river/high water impacts in the area.

Charles Wickersham a well known Randolph resident died after injuries from an earlier accident and kidney disease. Funeral services were held at the Methodist church with Masonic rites. He leaves wife and three children Mahlon Virlenta and Calvin. The family remains under quarantine as another son Mahlon recovers from scarlet fever. Summers and Storm wed in Ames, plan home near Malvern. both graduates expect a warm reception from friends.
