Truck and Auto Collide at Community Corner
A Tuesday afternoon crash near the Community building saw G. FP Witla driving east cross into Nest Banta’s path on Main Street. The Waller truck hit Mrs. Wills’ car, overturning it. Mrs. Wills suffered cuts and bruises from flying glass and was treated by Dr. Parsons before being sent home. No bones were broken and recovery is expected.

Folletts Survive Texas Train Wreck on Texas Trip
Mrs. C M Follett writes Malvern friends about a serious train wreck last Wednesday night in Texas. Seven Pullman cars derailed while their car stayed on track though it partly overturned. They escaped with slight injuries and will spend a month at Excelsior Springs Missouri before returning home after a trip to old Mexico.
