Malvern council reviewed highway land sale across from Vaughn Hoover property and advised no use or objections. It set bid deadlines for two 100000 BTU overhead gas heaters and approved parking changes on East 4th Street to permit south side parking only. The meeting reappointed Kenneth Allensworth to the Liberty Memorial Building board for 1965–67 term and adjourned to December 14 1964.
