Malvern Barbecue Event Honors Deceased Resident

An Aber many weeks of wine and enterin g trate an ntarabis tale and community tribute marked the funeral for George Rimel of Malvern. The Dec 16 service at East Liberty Church featured male quartet performances and a burial at East Liberty Cemetery. Rimel, born March 38, 1863, Virginia, migrated to Indiana and Missouri before settling in Mills county, Iowa. He married in 1872 and worked for himself. he passed after long illness tasting forgiveness in faith and restlessness to return home.

Community Christmas Barbecue in Malvern Draws Crowd

Little Joe Raynor Dies in Glenwood at Four Months

Little Joe Raynor, twin son of Mr and Mrs Frank Raynor, died Sunday morning at their home in Glenwood. He was four months and 27 days old and had not been well. Funeral services were held Monday afternoon.
