Malvern council sets 1968 budget amendment and raises salaries
Regular December council meeting notes include approval of November bills totaling general funds and taxes, renewal of Pontaw's Grocery Class C permit upon bond and fee, salary adjustments for Lowell Miller and other staff, and a budget amendment hearing for the August 1967 operating budget with final adoption and certification to the county auditor. The street commissioner was tasked to review an alley opening, and the council adjourned.
