W E C S dinner at church and Christmas plans
The W E C S met at the church for a cooperative pot luck dinner and husbands day. Mrs Zeno Bass and Mrs Harold Isom hosted the food and coffee while about eight men attended. A brief meeting approved laying the upstairs floor carpet and vestibule with plans to extend the pulpit across the front by Christmas.

The Mills County Board of Supervisors approved Soldier's Exemptions for ENALD Dean and Edward Piper and accepted the Recorder, Auditor, and Sheriff's fee quarterly reports.
