Contestants Named for Mills County Queen of Conservation
Debbie Sell of north Glenwood and Cathy Smith of north Hastings are chosen as Mills County 1966 Queens of Conservation. Cathy, a Malvern High graduate, works in Malvern and teaches at Wesley Chapel, while Debbie, a Glenwood High graduate, has a strong 4-H and Luther League background. Queens will advance to regional contest Aug. 5 at Clarinda, with state honors and cash prizes ahead.
