Mrs. M. L. Sheffel of Malvern is named Mills county chairs for Coffee Tay to coordinate local planning for May 2. Bill Benning Jr. says Iowa Restaurant Association area chair will mobilize participating restaurants to serve Coffee on the House with customers donating a dollar per cup to aid mentally retarded children.
