Death of John H. Smith in Michigan Road Collision
John Hervey Smith died from injuries after a horse and buggy collision while he rode a motorcycle on the Michigan road near Bellview last Friday night. He had fractures of the lower jaw and head injuries, suffered a cerebral hemorrhage, and died Sunday morning at Denny sanitarium. He leaves a widow, a four month old son, mother, two brothers, two sisters, and was fondly remembered at a funeral service at Hive Branch Church.
