The will of the late L. E. Vawter was filed for probate in Monmouth today. Hearing on validity set for June 14. He leaves all real and personal property to his wife who is named executrix without bond. He had run a local store before moving to Monmouth for a dry goods business. He died last week and was buried here on Saturday.
