Business houses change location in town move
Beginning Monday the stock of the Z. T. Smith & Son paint store will be moved to the building recently purchased on the southwest corner of the square. The Hall barber shop and the J. C. Garrison tobacco stock will relocate to a part of the room occupied by the Hoskinson harness shop at the rear. The former Smith building has been purchased by the Johnson Oil Refining Co. which will erect a modern drive-in filling station there.

Bridge and Culvert Work Progressing in the County
The county season's bridge and culvert project advances with new concrete culverts installed. Moon & Haskins of Colchester completed eight culverts on the Schuyler county line and move to another near the P. H. Hickman place.
