Bloomington reports 17 year old William Dalton seized at Heyworth Illinois after fleeing Chicago with 772000 in Liberty bonds from Northwestern Trust Bank. He was identified by pool hall patrons and arrested by Constable Draper. Bonds missing 4000 in value were found on him. Dalton had earlier claimed poverty and slept at Salvation Army hotel.
