Roof Fire Destroys Summer Kitchen at Van L Hampton Home

Infant Smothered in Macomb Township Inquest Verdict
Coroner S B Russler held two inquests after deaths in Bushnell and Macomb. Ameail Korn aged 81 died of heart failure in Bushnell with no marriage, sister in law and niece present. An 11 day old, infant Harold Eugene Ferris, died in Macomb township from accidental suffocation as nurse found the baby pressed to its mother’s breast.
