By laws read authorize tax sale certificate transfer to A Meffin NW 1-10-11, authorize road through 6-12-12 and NE 6-12-12, transfer N 3011-12 to E M Wright for 800 dollars. Several accounts recommended for payment. council adjourned to meet in Austin on Friday November 12, 1943.
