Southend and MacAuley Community Notes
Local residents share visits during Thanksgiving weekend with relatives in Winnipeg and Portage. Church and school events include a WMS Thankoffering service at Southend School, a tea at the school, and a Halloween Masquerade poster notice. Neighbors send well wishes for Barbara and Bernice Marten as they move to the coast, and a grand turnout marks several family gatherings and social happenings.
