Health minister Xene Toupin said initial human tests show none near hazardous mercury levels. Tests on residents along Lake Winnipeg's northeastern shore began weeks ago after a ban on commercial fishing due to pollution. Hair blood and urine samples collected from those eating fish more than once daily. 18 individuals are known so far.
