Invention Could Save Manitoba Government Money
Premier Duff Roblin said a Winnipeg man’s invention might save the government one million dollars in ten years though there are doubts it would materialize. The idea centers on collecting a faseline tax via the retail dispenser rather than sub-collectors, a method retailers find costly and troublesome. Henderson offered the coloring process for gasoline and fuel to the government 16 months ago but was turned down.
