Chamber to Conduct Business Analysis
The Chambers regular meeting on March 1 1973 approved the 1972 financial statement and planned bonspiel trophies for the forthcoming event. Topics included toll charges east of town, boundary surveys, camping facilities near the Community Centre, shopping habits and hours, and the four lane highway proposal for MacGregor and district. Members discussed potential trade fairs and polling business activity, with St Pauls A C W meeting set for March 14 and other community events including the MacGregor Ice Carnival on March 17 and a Youth for Christ Rally March 8 at Austin Community Hall.
