Gasoline Ration Books Now Available at Municipal Office
Gasoline ration books are now available at the Municipal Office and application forms at all post offices. Applicants must first secure Oil Controller approval in Winnipeg before submitting to the issuing office, with a $1 fee for the book. Group B classifications apply to farmers owning cars but not trucks, requiring prior approval. The certificate for Group B is IV and may be carried by the Postmaster, Barrister, Bank Manager, or Municipal Clerk for submission.
