Plan to separate Arabs and Jews in the Holy Land
A British plan proposes partitioning Palestine into Jewish and Arab states. It envisions a Jewish state along the northern coast with a coastal panhandle, an Arab state including Trans-Jordan areas, and international guarantees. Military conventions and minority protections would accompany the treaties, with immigration capped and land sale restrictions during transition.
