Grain Growers Meeting in MacGregor Draws Wide Attendance
The Grain Growers associations of the district held a well attended meeting last Friday night in MacGregor despite poor weather. Mr Freer of United Grain Growers spoke on the cooperative shipping system used across many districts. The group discussed the hog market and formed a committee to draft a resolution. John Kennedy, vice president of United Grain Growers Co., gave a detailed address on land value tax.
