Hydrant Hazard Cited Near Reformed Church
On Sunday night Rev. E. S. Chappell tripped over a water hydrant outside the Reformed church on Grover street, suffering painful injuries. Report says others have similar mishaps, as the hydrant sits where pedestrians may not notice it. A remedy proposed to enclose the hydrant is opposed by the fire department.
